Food - that's what our "farm" is all about. Growing our own food, so of course we love to cook as well!

 

Our love of the garden extends to our love of the kitchen. The two go hand-in-hand. We both grew up in the South: Joey in Atlanta and Charlotte for me. We have a deep love and appreciation for southern cooking, soul food, you name it. 

 

While much of our garden is dedicated to traditional vegetables grown in the south, tomatoes, beans, collards, etc, we also grow all types of variety from all over the world.

 

We love southern cooking, but international foods as well. We look for interesting vegetables, herbs and spices that will grow here and expand our variety when we harvest. 

 

The recipes included on our site are some of our favorites - traditional to exotic, but most importantly based primarily on foods we grow ourselves! Enjoy!
